Returns / Exchanges

If you received a T-shirt with the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error or incorrect image, please send us a photo. Keep it unworn, and we will exchange it. Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns/provide refunds, but defective products will be exchanged.

TheSoccerNuts is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there is a $5 reshipment fee AND the cost of the shipment. TheSoccerNuts is not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays or lost/damaged packages.

Make sure to read carefully our SIZE GUIDE so your order is as accurate as possible. Given the custom nature of our products, we don’t exchanges sizes or provide general returns/exchanges.

Order Changes/Cancellation
If you submitted an order but you need to change model/size, this can be done within 24 hours of placing the initial order or before the ORDER has gone into PROCESSING (Whichever occurs first). Just contact us via our contact form.

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping rate that increases when additional items are added to your cart. The increase will allow us to cover for the cost of shipping and handling fees associated. Orders will generally ship within 4-5 business days as items are printed on-demand (We order blanks daily based on the previous days orders. Some products we get locally which can get printed the next day while others have to come from different vendors that take time to process and ship the blanks to us. Once we get the blanks we print very quickly. This method of acquiring blanks daily allows us to offer a much wider product catalog in more colors and sizes - We don’t carry mass inventory for this reason). Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. After shipment, expect your item to arrive between 5-7 business days for a total of approx. 10-12 business since you placed your order. Don’t worry, be patient, as soon as your T-shirt knocks on your door, you will love it.

If your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification contact us via our contact form and we will be glad to help resolve any issue that is in our control.
